.bashrc: Use `paste ... -` when reading from pipe

GNU versions of `paste` will read from STDIN when no explicit file
arguments, but some other UNIX platforms [e.g. AIX] have versions of
`paste` which required an explicit "-" filename argument to indicate
"read from STDIN".
